Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with an established organization in the Phoenix area to identify a Marketing Manager to lead and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys both developing strategy and making things happen . The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded marketing background and can move comfortably between brand, digital, content, website strategy, analytics, and team leadership. What You’ll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals Lead and support a collaborative marketing team Oversee website strategy, digital presence, and ongoing optimization Guide social media, content, and brand initiatives across multiple channels Manage digital marketing campaigns and other lead-generation efforts Use analytics and performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities Ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing channels and materials Partner with Sales and other internal teams on campaigns and business initiatives Oversee creative projects and coordinate with internal and external resources Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed Support events, launches, and other company initiatives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience leading employees, agencies, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives A well-rounded background across multiple areas of marketing Strong experience with digital marketing, websites, social media, and analytics Understanding of lead generation, conversion metrics, campaign performance, and ROI Strong brand, content, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working at both the strategic and hands-on execution level Experience within a product-driven, consumer-facing, manufacturing, or similarly complex business environment is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Who Will Thrive Here You’re a marketing generalist who can see the big picture while still getting into the details.
