Within Global Finance & Business Management team, as an Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis, where you'll be part of critical budgeting and forecasting processes and present your insights to top-level executives.As an Associate in the Payments Trade & Working Capital Planning & Analysis (P&A) Team, you will be engaged in both supporting day-to-day business objectives, as well as shaping the strategic vision of the business along with the P&A Lead of the product; can manage critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment, collaborate and lead a diverse set of stakeholders, think strategically, and communicate in a concise and thoughtful manner. This role empowers you to develop and present comprehensive financial analyses, maintain sophisticated financial models, and conduct in-depth investigations into key business issues. You'll work closely with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of initiatives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Elevate your career by driving financial excellence and making a tangible impact on our global operations.Job Responsibilities:Managing annual and continual financial planning activities for product areas, and providing business rationale and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting. [Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, Balance sheet, ROE etc]Develop and analyze financial results, creating presentations, and providing financial analysis on a variety of topics (e.g. revenues, expenses, headcount) including key drivers of results and explaining changes from prior forecast/budgets, to help communicate to business leads in way that allows for actionable insights on business performancePartner with P&A lead and team members to work on various financial reporting and communicate to business leads / business management in ways that allow for actionable insights that can impact business performance (e.g. monthly business review / quarterly business reviews / budget reviews etc)Collaborate with Business Management teams as well as Payments Central & Strategy team on critical presentations and projects such as Period business reviews, Budget reviews, senior management offsites, ad hoc special projects etc.Assist in digital transformation agenda: support shaping and execution of strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc requests by assisting through efficiency reporting, multiple analytics, and helping build long term strategy, including location strategyConduct "deep dive" analyses on key issues impacting business to determine root cause and propose solutionsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CFA, CPA/ MBA)At least 2 years of relevant FP&A or strategic finance experience in the financial services industryProactive thinker with a growth and creative mindset Organized and detail oriented with the ability to problem solveStrong communication, executive storytelling, and presentation skills, both written and verbal Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required; high level of detail orientation. Proficiency in Alteryx and any other technology to drive automationsTeam player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A TeamsExperience with Planning and Analysis, Business Management, Project Management or StrategyStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to analyze large and disparate data sets and synthesize into clear conclusions Strong problem solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Prior P&A experience in Trade & Working Capital or Lending businesses preferredAdditional InformationTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
