Duties :

Non-exempt recruiting
HR reporting and analytics
Support employee complaints/investigations
Administrative HR support

Required Skills :

Strong Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces
Strong critical thinking skills
Comfortable with hands-on work and administrative support

Preferred Skills :
