Job Description

·         Oversee day-to-day operations at two small manufacturing facilities

·         Manage 7 direct reports, including 3 Production Supervisors, and 90 indirect employees

·         Assume full P&L responsibility and manage CAPEX projects while driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives

·         Lead product launches and ensure effective training, coaching, and on-time delivery

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues

·         Manage Plant 1 processes including CNC Machining, Forging, Welding & Fabrication, and Plant 2 operations encompassing powder coating and assembly

Key Requirements

·         Strong background in machining (milling/turning), forging, or welding/fabrication is preferred

·         Solid expertise in lean and Six Sigma methodologies

·         BS degree preferred
