We've grown into a $200M company with 400+ employee-owners by keeping it simple: work hard, work safe, and do it right.We Build What Matters.What You'll Be DoingWork closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projectsManage HVAC scopes within water/wastewater treatment projects, coordinating with superintendents, field staff, clients, and general contractors.Oversee material and equipment procurement, delivery schedules, and installation coordination.Produce AutoCAD installation drawing packages for field teams.Generate project billings, budgets, purchase orders, and change order requests.Prepare and review submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation.Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.Ensure quality control and timely execution of preconstruction and construction deliverables.Represent Felix professionally in meetings and on job sites across the Valley.Who You AreExperienced construction professional with some HVAC project management backgroundUnderstands construction fundamentals: scheduling, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specificationsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent3+ years of experience in construction; water/wastewater experience preferredProficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and basic AutoCADAble to read and interpret plans/specs across multiple disciplinesFamiliar with Alternative Delivery Methods (CMAR, Design-Build, JOC, etc.) is a plusClear communicator, proactive problem-solver, and collaborative team playerAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhy Join Felix ConstructionFelix Construction is more than a company—we are an employer and contractor of choice with the leadership and infrastructure to sustainably execute on our growth and deliver on our brand promise.
