Certification RequirementsRework Analyst certification or ability to certify within 90 days required.2. Additional Back-End Certification RequirementsIf assigned to the back-end, must be certified in one of the following within the first 24 months: A. Penetrant Inspection Level II by 24 months.B. Visual/Dimensional Mapping.Must be certified as outlined in Sections 1 and 2 above to be eligible for Step 6.3. Additional CertificationsMay be required to have additional certifications depending on assigned work center or departments.4. Flexibility and Team SupportIncumbent must be willing, as required by team and production needs, to: A. Adjust shift.B. Perform various jobs required to process parts.C.
