Travel Physical Therapist - $1,778 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Collins, Colorado. Schedule 5x8.0 work schedule. Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals, in line with physician direction. This role requires the delegation and direction of therapy services, focusing on creating effective treatment programs to facilitate the patient's return to community activities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to progress patients toward discharge. Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines. Provide patient education and serve as a mentor for students and coworkers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of services. Adhere to discipline-specific regulations and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification.
