Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau that effectively communicate insights and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Utilize Fivetran and dbt to collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources Design, build, and maintain scalable dbt data transformation pipelines in Snowflake Monitor scheduled dbt, Tableau, and other application runs to ensure timely data availability throughout the Star Pipe environment Follow and maintain data governance standards, including naming conventions, version control (via Git), and CI/CD practices for dbt projects Convert raw, unstructured data into clean, structured datasets to drive advanced analytical insights and informed decision-making Drive data driven initiatives to improve efficiencies and business intelligence across the company Knowledge / Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work across teams and collaborate between developers and end users Hands-on, working knowledge with SQL in a data analysis capacity Experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool Working knowledge of Git/GitHub Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders Experience with dbt or Snowflake is a plus Education / Experience: 0-3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Physical Demands The ability to sit for extended periods of time May require the ability to stand, walk, lift and carry objects, bend, crouch, crawl, and use hands from time to time Work Environment Office work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Talentify
