Recruiter Location: Remote (U.S.) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Private Label Staff (PLS) is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support one of our dedicated client accounts while assisting with recruiting initiatives that help grow our business. . Responsibilities Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Support recruiting efforts for a dedicated client account to ensure timely, high-quality hires. Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS. Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing. Support internal projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that contribute to the growth of PLS. Qualifications 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus. Why Join PLS?
