Position Summary The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning guest rooms and public areas according to Spark by Hilton and Hilton brand standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management. Follow hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure rooms meet Spark by Hilton quality and presentation standards before guests arrive. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel property. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members and departments. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
