Financial Additions is searching for a Lead Income Tax Reviewer for a HYBRID, temp-top-hire opportunity in Frisco, TX.

Responsibilites include:

• Gather necessary information/documents to prepare accurate tax returns for our commercial and non-profit clients using ProConnect Tax software in compliance with applicable federal, state and local tax laws.
• Research tax issues, provide current year-end tax estimates, and identify tax saving opportunities.
• Maintain organized client records, follow document retention requirements, and manage engagements to ensure timely completion. Work to resolve delays or other obstacles.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years' experience preparing commercial and/or non-profit tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state individual income tax laws, deductions, credits, and tax planning strategies.
• Ability to identify errors, resolve tax issues, and ensure returns are accurate and compliant.
• Experience using professional tax software; ProConnect Tax preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple returns and deadlines.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), or other relevant tax credentials preferred.
• Accounting or finance degree
