Clinical Pharmacist | Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

A clinical pharmacist role is available that requires strong expertise in intravenous (IV) therapies and sterile compounding. This contract-to-hire opportunity allows you to demonstrate your skills over a 6+ month period with the potential for a permanent position afterward. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience mixing and verifying IV medications, particularly within a home infusion setting.


Location:

• Sun Prairie, WI

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room environment
• Perform other clinical pharmacist duties as assigned to support patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in sterile compounding
• Recent IV experience is essential
• CPR certification preferred
• Recent home infusion experience of 2+ years is a plus
