Wisconsin Community Services (WISCS.org) seeks a compassionate Youth Shelter Worker to support at-risk youth in a safe, trauma-informed environment. In this role, you’ll provide daily supervision, crisis intervention, and positive mentoring while coordinating services that promote safety, stability, and growth. You’ll complete intakes and documentation, facilitate life-skills and recreational activities, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners. Join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on community empowerment and social justice within our Community & Social Services department.
