Glenbrook Aquatics - Lead Age Group Coach

Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking a Glenbrook Aquatics - Lead Age Group Coach. The lead swim coach is responsible for program development, practice and meet oversight, and fostering a positive and competitive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Education and/or Experience and Qualifications Certification in CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). USA Coaching certification (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). Broad experience in competitive swimming, with a proven coaching background. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of current swimming techniques, rules, and training methodologies. The position is a Category 4 of the Glenbrook Aquatics Hourly salary schedule and is part-time, non-benefits eligible.
