Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service .
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
- A collaborative spirit, with an eagerness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to commute to our Schaumburg office.
- Prior leadership, coaching, or team management experience is a plus
