About the Position

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northern California that has an opportunity for an Oncologist to provide remote locum tenens coverage.

Opening Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15a-4:30p, specific dates
• Setting: Remote
• Daily Patient Volume: 15-20
• Duties: Follow-up visits, diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and oversight of clinic and infusion center
• Case Mix: Hematology, medical oncology, and all tumor types
• Support Staff: RNs, medical assistants, and administrative staff
• EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• ACLS and DEA required
• Paid travel & expenses
