Commercial Plumbing Foreman / Journeyman Plumber

What You'll Do

• Install, assemble, and repair commercial plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
• Install above and below-ground piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and equipment.
• Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Mentor apprentices and help develop less experienced plumbers (Foreman candidates).

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman or Foreman level preferred).
• Experience on commercial construction projects including healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, multi-family, or institutional facilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate installations with other trades.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation practices.
• Leadership experience or the desire to lead crews is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Plumbing license or certifications are preferred but not required, depending on experience.
