As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX. Responsibilities Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows. Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints. Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards. Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes. Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment. Communicate effectively across sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs. Identify, evaluate, and configure systems that are cost‑effective and meet business requirements. Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications and enhance system productivity as needed. Provide senior‑level consulting services to internal business groups on process‑improvement projects designed to improve business results. Analyze, define, and document client requirements, and revise existing system logic challenges as necessary. Qualifications University/college degree (or equivalent education). 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience (or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience). Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 – $120,750 (salary may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
