Sales Enablement Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Sales Enablement Associate to drive the adoption, optimization, and success of our core sales technology stack across our global markets.

In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our central development teams and our regional/country sales teams. You will own the end-to-end user experience for three primary platforms, ensuring that market-specific feature requirements are understood, issues are swiftly resolved, and sales teams are fully equipped to leverage these tools to drive retail execution and business intelligence.
The Tool Portfolio
You will be the global champion and primary liaison for the following critical systems:

• OneHub: Our end-to-end store and visit management platform used by sales teams for sales tracking, Retail Sales Associate (RSA) training, in-store execution, and merchandising audits.
• OneDash: Our centralized Business Intelligence (BI) and AI dashboard that provides actionable business insights to global and regional leadership.
• Salesforce / GFA: The primary tool used for RSA surveys and field data collection in specific operational countries.

Key Responsibilities Product Adoption & Field Enablement

• Lead the global rollout and continuous adoption strategies for OneHub, OneDash, and Salesforce/GFA across various country markets.
• Conduct comprehensive product demos, onboarding sessions, and continuous "handholding" for both new and existing country teams.
• Develop training materials, best-practice playbooks, and localized use-case guides to ensure sales teams are maximizing the value of the tools.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Act as the primary liaison between Central Operations, Product/Development teams, and Regional/Country Sales leadership.

• Facilitate day-to-day working sessions with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on tool usage, operational goals, and reporting standards.
• Navigate cultural and operational differences across regions to standardize processes while accommodating critical local market needs.

Product Feedback & Feature Lifecycle

• Conduct continuous discovery with country teams to deeply understand their operational challenges, product feature requirements, and UI/UX needs.
• Translate field feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for the development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning and product roadmap discussions to advocate for the regional teams' most pressing needs.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical system issues, bugs, and workflow blockers reported by country teams.
• Partner closely with technical support and development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, communicating status updates transparently back to the field.

Qualifications & Experience

• Global Experience (Required): Proven track record working in a global or multi-regional role, with demonstrated success managing and influencing international stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
• Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Operations, Sales Operations, or a Customer Success/Adoption role-ideally within the retail, consumer goods, or tech sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), BI/Analytics dashboards, and retail execution/field sales applications.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple overlapping rollouts, feature requests, and support tickets simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable terms for field sales teams, and conversely, translate field business needs into technical requirements for developers.
• Empathetic Problem Solver: A high degree of patience and empathy when "handholding" users through new technologies, coupled with a proactive approach to solving their day-to-day challenges.
