About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the development of a cutting-edge smart contract framework and associated toolkits for seamless integration of decentralized applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both front-end and back-end development teams, monitoring the reliability and performance of internal systems, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and managing software development projects from inception to completion. This role also involves budget management, strategic planning for future development, and the implementation of innovative technologies. The VP of Engineering will be a key figure in the company, with a focus on internal and external coordination, and will be expected to have a strong background in enterprise architectures, modern human-computer interfaces, and a good understanding of agile methodologies. Applicants for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior engineering role, with extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development. A BSc or MSc in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required, and knowledge of Ethereum and blockchain technology is a bonus.
