Your Mission We are seeking a results-driven, strong communications Project manager to lead and coordinate the offshore development team, while keeping the Program Management team well informed and aligned on the Progress. What You’ll Do Align with Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads of the Delivery roadmap and plans Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, elevate any Risks, issues with Program Manager and individual Delivery leads Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices and security guidelines and adhered to. Provide clear and timely communications to Program Manage and provide visibility in Teams holidays and coverage plans Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams What You Bring Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
