TRC Talent Solutions is expanding our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice and seeking a highly driven Talent Solutions Specialist to build qualified pipeline and generate new client opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data. The focus is signal-driven engagement — identifying high-intent opportunities and converting them into executive-level discovery meetings for our RPO and TalentAI solutions. This is not traditional staffing sales. We partner with organizations to build scalable hiring infrastructure that creates a predictable flow of talent and supports long-term workforce strategy. Convert high-intent marketing leads into qualified discovery meetings Execute high-volume outreach guided by high-intent signal Operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data Immediate follow-up on inbound and intent-driven leads Daily review and prioritization of expansion announcements, hiring spikes, website activity, and marketing engagement signals Build and execute multi-channel outreach sequences Personalize every touchpoint based on trigger events Secure, confirm, and prepare qualified discovery meetings Phone (primary conversion channel) Email (highly personalized) Video (Loom, Vidyard) Direct mail (select high-value targets) Creative outreach approaches as appropriate Identify and prioritize target accounts based on intent signals Translate market signals into relevant business conversations Qualify hiring challenges and align them to RPO or TalentAI solutions Schedule and prepare executive-level discovery meetings Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders Consistent conversion of high-intent leads into qualified meetings Strong judgment on signal vs. noise High-quality discovery meetings Contribution to recurring revenue pipeline Strong phone presence and objection handling Ability to connect signals to business outcomes Ability to execute high-volume, high-quality outreach consistently Tech-savvy across tools Organized, disciplined follow-up Sound judgment on lead quality Comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot, etc.) Proficiency with data tools (ZoomInfo, etc.) Lead generation tools Video messaging platforms 1–4 years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone engagement Strong communication Organized, curious, and coachable Ability to engage senior stakeholders Preferred: Experience in B2B sales within HR, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services Preferred: Experience in signal-based or intent-driven sales #J-18808-Ljbffr TRC Talent Solutions
