About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Formation and Communications to take on a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of strategies that will enhance investor relationships and the firm's market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing investor-facing campaigns and materials, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels, and managing social media content and paid campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years' of experience in marketing, communications, or investor relations within the investment management or private credit sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe design tools is a plus. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include collaborating with senior leaders and the investment team to align capital formation and marketing strategies, developing compelling materials to support fundraising, and shaping the firm's brand within the fund finance market. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical and technical capabilities, the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on high-quality execution. The Vice President will also be involved in driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a creative mindset, capable of engaging external stakeholders professionally, and with a keen interest in contributing to the team's development.
