Responsibilities: Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients Conduct occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology What We Offer: DELIVERING UNPARALLELED QUALITY CARE.
