Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) inpatient position located in Cumberland, Maryland. This role involves delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat clients to improve their communication and swallowing functions, supporting organizational objectives and patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Masters, MEd, or MA degree in Speech-Language Pathology; at least 2 years of relevant experience; valid state license; certifications including Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and Basic Life Support (BLS); licenses and certifications such as PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves coordinating evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs; providing diagnostic services; preparing reports and maintaining accurate records; ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations; engaging in professional development; and providing excellent customer service.
