Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw sheet metal into precise, high-quality components and assemblies used across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with advanced fabrication machinery, and a keen eye for detail to ensure products meet strict quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to precision craftsmanship and safety in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or related manufacturing roles with a strong understanding of machining tools and techniques.
Proficiency in operating CNC laser cutting machines, CNC programming, plasma cutting, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and other forming equipment.
Knowledge of GD&T principles for interpreting technical drawings accurately.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machine operation, setup procedures, and safety standards.
Familiarity with measurement techniques using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes.
Basic math skills including shop math necessary for measurement calculations and part fitting.
Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality fabricated components.
