POSITION: EXPERIENCED CANVASSING TEAM LEADER -Interview, hire, train manage a canvassing team.

✅ EARN $100K to $175K

✅ Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results

✅ Qualifications:strong Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required

Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
