Property Manager – Lead the Way Home Job Details: Location: CHELSEA, MA 02150. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00. As a Property Manager at Two Coast Living, you’ll lead daily operations, manage on‑site teams, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. You will own the numbers, the experience, and the culture while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue. What You’ll Be Doing Run the show – oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination. Lead the team – hire, train, schedule, and support your on‑site leasing and maintenance teams, creating a positive culture where great work happens. Market like a pro – collaborate with your team and marketing partners to promote the property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases. Drive financial performance – manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track. Be resident‑focused – serve as the go‑to contact for the community, resolving concerns, welcoming new residents, and creating a place people are proud to call home. Keep it looking great – conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements. Stay on top of it all – submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with local, state, and federal requirements. Stay plugged in – engage with the local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community. What We’re Looking For Experienced leader – at least 4 years of multifamily property management and 2+ years leading a team. Detail‑obsessed & organized – stay on top of deadlines, follow through on commitments, and prioritize effectively. Clear communicator – handle resident concerns, staff meetings, and budget presentations with clarity and professionalism. Customer‑focused – ensure residents feel heard, valued, and supported. Financially savvy – understand rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management. Tech‑comfortable – confident using property management systems (e.g., Entrata), Microsoft Office, and digital tools that keep operations smooth. Positive & proactive – lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and bring solutions instead of drama. Additional Qualifications Treat all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethics. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure essential duties are fulfilled. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with zero typos or grammatical mistakes. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, staff, and management. Treat everyone with respect and dignity, accept responsibility, and take initiative while maintaining confidentiality. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines. Team player with leadership, supervisory, analytical, and reasoning skills. Natural disposition for sales and understand sales techniques and processes. Function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience managing large multifamily real‑estate properties. Minimum of 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales, plus at least 2 years of supervising two or more employees. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts, ability to read, understand, and develop financial statements; high‑school graduate‑level mathematical proficiency required. Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles or use own vehicle for work. Physical Requirements Must work during peak hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, at least one Sunday a month, and holidays; may require closing shifts. Occasional travel by company or personal vehicle may be necessary. General office environment; ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds. Ability to move around the property, stand or sit for extended periods, walk or climb stairs in various weather conditions. Two Coast Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
