About the Role Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Location: St. Louis, 63199 Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles. Utilize databases, talent platforms, and cold calling techniques to build strong candidate pipelines. Proactively identify prospects with a focus on mechanical and manufacturing-related skill sets. Maintain and manage candidate data across multiple sourcing tools and systems. Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to align sourcing strategies with talent needs. Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing talent pipelines. Minimum Qualifications Military background strongly preferred. Proven experience in sourcing or staffing; agency or corporate staffing background highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal onboarding or training. Strong experience with cold calling and proactive candidate outreach. Comfort working extensively with databases and sourcing tools. Desired Qualifications Background in sourcing for mechanical, manufacturing, or technician-type roles. Experience supporting industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or related fields (aerospace not required). Salary and Other Compensation The hourly rate for this position is between $45-$47 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
