Required Skills

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with acute care or critical care certification
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with neonatal or pediatric intensive care
• Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience in a 24/7 hospital environment
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
• Current certification in ACLS and BLS

Other Requirements

• Must be available to work 24/7/365 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel as needed for licensure or certification reimbursement
• Maintaining active state licensure and certifications throughout employment
