Senior Graphic Designer

What You'll Own Lead the design and execution of key brand initiatives, campaigns, launches, partnerships, and marketing moments. Translate brand strategy and creative direction into compelling visual concepts and design systems. Take projects from brief through concept, presentation, refinement, production, and final delivery. Develop creative solutions across digital, social, print, environmental, presentations, merchandise, apparel, and other brand experiences. Establish strong visual hierarchy, typography, composition, imagery, and storytelling across the work. Build scalable templates, systems, and toolkits that maintain brand consistency across an international organization. Partner with marketing, social, product, franchise, and other teams to understand objectives and develop the right creative solution. Present creative work clearly and confidently, including the thinking and rationale behind it. Provide thoughtful feedback and guidance to junior designers and help raise the overall quality of the creative team. Work with photographers, videographers, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other creative partners when needed. Maintain a high standard of craft from the initial idea through final production. Identify opportunities to improve the brand rather than waiting for every opportunity to arrive as an assignment.What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house brand, agency, or consumer-focused environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand thinking, typography, layout, campaigns, and polished execution. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva. Experience with Adobe After Effects, motion design, or video is a strong bonus. Experience developing creative across multiple channels rather than designing for a single medium. Strong understanding of brand systems and the ability to work within them while knowing when and how to push them forward. Ability to balance conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative decisions. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of timelines and deliverables. Ability to give and receive direct, thoughtful creative feedback. Curious about culture, design, sport, technology, fashion, entertainment, and the world outside of golf.
