TX facility in Need for Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

• What are the shift times: 6a - 6p, 6p - 6a.

• 90 days to credential, possibly quicker with clean file.

• Several positions available, needed up to 1 year.

• Board Certified FP or IM (must see all ages) with minimum of 2 years of ER experience needed.

• Is call involved: No.

• What procedures are required: Intubations, central line placement, Ultrasound utilization, OB delivery, dislocation reductions, chest tube placement, trauma management, laceration repair. Some high acuity.

• What does the support staff include: 9 hrs APP coverage every day.

• What is the average patient census: 45 patients per day.

• 10% admissions.

• How many EM physicians are typically on staff per shift: 1 EM per shift.

• Client provides Travel & Lodging.

• TX license (or in process), DEA dedicated to Locums Use.
  

• $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
