Currently, we are seeking a Housekeeping Manager. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations within our hospitality environment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met, safety regulations are adhered to, and guest or client satisfaction remains high. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning and sanitation tasks across all areas Lead, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff productivity to meet operational standards Implement and maintain cleaning & sanitation management procedures aligned with health regulations and industry best practices Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards are upheld Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping.
