• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assess diverse student needs and develop effective, creative interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans in alignment with each student's educational goals
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student progress
• Document services and student progress in compliance with school and legal standards
• Offer staff and caregiver training to reinforce therapeutic interventions in the classroom and at home
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary planning
