Associate Attorney: Plaintiff Personal Injury Kisner Law, LLC | Hyattsville, MD | On-Site Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 base, based on experience, plus a bonus based on meeting revenue targets, paid at least annually About the Role Kisner Law is a plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation firm serving clients in Maryland and D.C. We're looking for an experienced trial attorney to manage their own caseload from intake through resolution, including negotiation, strategy, litigation, and trial. You'll serve as first chair on cases that go to trial and report directly to the managing attorney. Our current docket is roughly 60% pre-litigation, 25% workers' compensation, and 15% litigation. Prior workers' compensation experience is not required. Who We're Looking For Licensed in Maryland and/or D.C. Plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense experience, with trial experience Mid-level to senior attorneys; this is not an entry-level role. Compensation scales with experience, and we welcome attorneys with 10 or more years. Insurance defense attorneys are encouraged to apply. If you know how carriers value and defend claims and want to move to the plaintiff side, you already have an edge.
