About This Role The Clinical Research Associate II will coordinate clinical research studies in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, facilitating daily trial activities and ensuring compliance and coordination among various stakeholders. Highlights Pay: $56,000 - $66,000, DOE Location: Syracuse, NY Facility: Upstate Medical University Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days What You'll Do Conduct patient interviews and education to determine eligibility for clinical trial enrollment. Manage data collection and recording for clinical trials and maintain databases. Provide patient education, eligibility assessment, and enrollment as appropriate. Ensure timely submission and reconciliation of clinical trials billing. Coordinate budget negotiations and study auditor visits. File reports to study sponsors and IRB, maintain budget, and process expenditures. Complete and maintain study-related documentation and monitoring requirements. Serve as coordinator for at least one research study, including IRB submissions. Report adverse events to study sponsors and the IRB as required.
