As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with caregivers and helping our team deliver outstanding care every day. Position Details Position: Scheduling Coordinator Location: 261 W 35th Street, Suite 405, New York, NY 10001 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are properly staffed Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, skills, availability, and compatibility Manage schedule changes, call-offs, vacations, and last-minute staffing needs Maintain accurate caregiver availability and client scheduling information Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding scheduling matters Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation related to scheduling procedures Monitor open shifts and proactively fill staffing gaps Provide exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and caregivers Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid vacation time Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others every day Ready to Join Our Team?
