Healthcare Recruiter for In-Home Care Staffing

BrightStar Care of Chicago is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our in-home care team. This full-time role handles high-volume sourcing and placement of Caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to support staffing operations in-home. The Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding communications, and orientations. They will expand the talent pipeline through creative sourcing, community networking, and partnerships, while ensuring compliance and credentialing. #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightStar Care
