- Consistently demonstrate a productive, non-disruptive work ethic and maintain a professional attitude on the shop floor.
- Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and policies as outlined in the safety manual and related guidelines.
- Use proper tooling, hoists, and other equipment safely and correctly to fulfill job requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Cross-train in standard operating procedures for related tasks and departments as required by supervision.
- Complete and pass a weld test as part of the hiring process and maintain welding proficiency over time.
- Use measuring equipment, including tape measures, to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy of work.
- Perform department-specific tasks such as chassis preparation, crane assembly, hook lift assembly, installation work, rebuild and repair assembly, truck assembly, and fuel tank assembly as needed.

- Willingness and ability to attend and successfully complete a company-sponsored weld-training program.
- Ability to follow work orders precisely with minimal error and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to cross-train in standard operating procedures as directed by supervisors.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to stand on a concrete floor for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 200 pounds, using hoists as required for heavier items.
