Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Newport Beach, the Greater Los Angeles area, CA. As part of the Fast Track to Management program, qualified candidates will gain hands-on experience in leading and managing financial professionals. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing a team; overseeing client relationship strategies; driving sales growth; and implementing business strategies to achieve performance targets. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams Willingness to complete an extensive Background Check and Fingerprinting Small Business Owner mentality with superior relationship-building skills Performance-based compensation up to 6-7 figures Polished communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and ability to implement effective marketing and sales strategies Analytical and problem-solving skills to oversee and evaluate business performance Self-motivated, results-oriented, and never satisfied with the status quo Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in sales, financial services, or management is a plus Licensing in life/health/accident insurance, Series 6/7, and Series 63/66 is beneficial, or the ability to obtain these certifications upon hire via sponsorship.
