Oversee the daily operations of a retail pharmacy in Binghamton, NY, taking charge of team leadership, regulatory compliance, customer service, and business growth initiatives in a direct hire role. Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
• 62 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative relationship with store operations, promoting associate engagement and clear communication of department and company strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance measures.
• Manage pharmacy business metrics targeting profitability and script growth via immunization services, MTM, and other clinical programs.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering aligned with sales trends and customer demand.
• Lead pharmacy staff by directing training, coaching, performance management, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and a clean, organized department environment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to enhance trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with physicians and utilize reference materials for prescription-related issues.
• Prioritize and complete departmental tasks such as cycle counts, inventory checks, and customer will-calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current New York Pharmacist License
