Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Implement treatment programs that may involve a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid in pain relief and functional restoration.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote independence and long-term health.
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service and actively contribute to creating a positive atmosphere that enhances the overall effectiveness of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices in all treatment decisions.
• Meet productivity and utilization goals as set by management while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric patients, and athletes recovering from sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• State Licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Active CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits
