Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Viera Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish foundational treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Creating and implementing effective treatment strategies to optimize recovery and improve function across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and rapport-building with patients and their families.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
• Administering specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities in a clinical and, when needed, home-based setting, in direct alignment with the physician's prescribed plan of care.
• Educating patients and caregivers, empowering them to participate actively in their rehabilitation process.
• Meeting performance metrics and other business objectives to contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• A current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Benefits include:
