Ascove Fitness and Rehab, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at our rehabilitation facility in Leesburg, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is located in a dynamic onsite rehabilitation facility where you will work directly with patients in an optimistic and supportive atmosphere. The treatment space is equipped with advanced technology and rehabilitative tools, fostering an environment conducive to high-quality patient care. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their individual needs and goals, ensuring personalized treatment approaches.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing time for individualized attention and comprehensive care.
• Implement evidence-based practices in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your expertise to guide treatment tailored to each patient's condition.
• Design and oversee effective therapeutic exercise programs, using manual therapy techniques and innovative treatment modalities.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, ensuring they understand their goals and encouraging their participation in wellness initiatives.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain all necessary records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as Web PT, for seamless communication.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options, reducing reliance on medications and enhancing patients' overall rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Ascove Fitness and Rehab, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their mobility. Our diverse patient population includes athletes, post-operative rehabilitation clients, and adults seeking non-invasive approaches to pain and functional movement improvement. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated mastery in various manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored specifically to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in EMR systems, particularly Web PT, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Exceptional knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and methodologies based on recent research.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as sports rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, or specialized exercise modalities will be considered favorable. Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
