Work Environment

At Outreach Orthopedic Clinic, you will work in a supportive, collegial atmosphere dedicated to innovation in patient care. We operate Monday through Friday, with a standard full-time schedule comprising 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs by conducting thorough evaluations that guide the development of customized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies for a wide range of conditions, addressing physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercise regimens and self-management strategies to foster independence and empowerment.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care approaches that address the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress to meet required utilization goals while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment by participating in regular team meetings, case discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complementing a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our staff.
