Work Environment

This onsite position is located in our outpatient office, which is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both staff and patients. Working Monday through Friday in a 40-hour shift, our therapists collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of conditions.
• Treat orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, employing specialized techniques tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide educational guidance and support to patients and their caregivers to enhance understanding and engagement in the recovery process.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care.
• Collaborate with a broader clinical team to maximize patient outcomes and optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a professional demeanor in all patient interactions.
• Meet established productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of care and therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
• Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients, aiming to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings, is highly advantageous. Familiarity with computerized documentation and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
