Work Environment

As part of our physical therapy team, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our facility collaborates with an array of healthcare professionals, allowing you to engage in interdisciplinary approaches that enrich patient care. The role necessitates working onsite within a home care framework, where you will provide interventions tailored to each patient's unique recovery needs. You will have the flexibility of work hours from Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. and concluding by 3:30 p.m. or 4 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and design customized treatment plans based on physician referrals, aiming to address individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Maintain and promote the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient and caregiver.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to share expertise and insights that influence treatment decisions and patient outcomes.
• Deliver specialized therapy sessions in the clinic and directly in patient homes, ensuring alignment with prescribed care plans.
• Inform and support patients and their families, providing education about treatment processes and encouraging active engagement in rehabilitation.
• Track and achieve utilization goals while contributing to the business's success through referrals and positive patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, neurological conditions, sports-related trauma, and more. Your approach will adapt to each patient's specific circumstances and rehabilitation requirements, facilitating a pathway to successful recovery and improved physical function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must hold an active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in basic computer competencies.
• Exceptional capability in building and nurturing relationships with patients, fostering trust and comfort during treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience interacting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary health care team, enhancing patient engagement and care quality.
• Proven track record of community engagement and relationship building within the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
