Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific orthopedic needs.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, utilizing advanced techniques to facilitate recovery and increase functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, at-home exercises, and preventive measures to enhance healing and prevent further injuries.
• Document patient progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through shared insights and strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, contributing positively to patient satisfaction and clinic reputation.
• Meet performance-based utilization goals to support the clinic's overall business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Reliant Rehab Services LLC, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and conditions. This includes treating individuals of diverse ages, ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations, with varied needs such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, muscle strains, and joint conditions. Your efforts will significantly aid in restoring functionality and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy for Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer and word processing skills to manage patient records and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcome to apply, we prefer candidates with experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings. Candidates who have a demonstrated ability to build strong patient relationships and showcase effective treatment outcomes will be positively considered. Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches and a commitment to continuous learning will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
