Work Environment

This position is onsite, specifically within a home care setting, allowing for direct patient engagement in their living environments. You will be working closely with a small team of physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all focused on delivering exceptional care tailored to each patient's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' objectives and needs, effectively designing personalized care plans.
• Manage an individual caseload, treating one patient per hour, ensuring focused and dedicated attention to each person.
• Employ a variety of treatment interventions to enhance patients' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to improve outcomes like range of motion and pain management.
• Develop and implement individualized wellness and fitness programs that promote healthy lifestyles.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach for patients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits
