Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities, establishing therapeutic goals tailored to their individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist in this role will work primarily with adult patients recovering from various conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; however, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
